Download the revision letter and generate a PDF amendment from the contract page.

Revision letter

A PDF letter is automatically generated for each calculated revision. It contains:

  • Contract identification (name, client, reference index)
  • Revision period and calculation date
  • Justification table (formula, I₀ / current I values, P₀ / P_n)
  • Revised amount and revision coefficient
  • Standard wording compliant with French public contract requirements
  • Any warnings (provisional index, ILC cap applied)

Download the letter

From the contract page, in the revision list, click Letter next to the relevant revision.

The file is downloaded in PDF format (A4).

PDF amendment

A simplified amendment formally documents the price revision and can be attached to the notification sent to the counterparty.

Generate an amendment

From the contract page, click + Amendment next to a revision.

The amendment is idempotent: clicking multiple times returns the same file (no new version created). This ensures that the amendment attached to your email always corresponds to the same document.

Amendment contents

  • Party identification (contract, client)
  • Article 1 — Price revision
  • Full justification table
  • Article 2 — Entry into force
  • Signature block (to be completed manually)

⚠️ For commercial leases indexed on ILC, the rent variation cannot exceed the previous year's ILC variation (art. L. 145-34 of the French Commercial Code, as amended by law no. 2022-1158 of 16 August 2022).

IndexFacile calculates the amount and displays a warning if this cap is reached, but it is your responsibility to validate the final amount with your notary or legal advisor before notifying your tenant.
