Privacy Policy

The full Privacy Policy is currently available in French only. The French version is the legally binding document. As a French entity, IndexFacile processes data under GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).

Key points:

  • We collect your email address for authentication and notifications only.
  • Payment data is handled entirely by LemonSqueezy (PCI-DSS Level 1). We do not store card details.
  • Data is hosted in Germany (Munich, EU) by Contabo GmbH, subject to GDPR.
  • Transactional emails (magic links, alerts) are sent via Brevo SAS (Paris, FR), acting as a data processor under a DPA.
  • We use a strictly-necessary session cookie (httpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Strict, 7 days).
  • Google Tag Manager (analytics/ads cookies) is only activated after your explicit consent via the cookie banner (Google Consent Mode v2, denied by default).
